This facility operates daily besides Tuesday and Wednesday from 10 am to 6 pm. Residents are allowed to dispose of most types of domestic waste on the civic amenity site while DIY waste can only be disposed of on limited amounts and commercial and hazardous waste are not accepted. Visitors must present a valid identification card with current address to be permitted to tip without charge. Shenley residents may also visit the local recycling centre on Porters Park Drive to dispose of recyclable electrical devices and batteries on its waste electronic and electrical equipment (WEEE) bank.
