Chalk Farm is one of the smallest localities in the north London region, located north of Camden Town, within the London Borough of Camden. Much like its larger neighbour to the south, the district has come to be known for its pubs and music venues, as well as its wide variety of restaurants. The Roundhouse is particularly well-known for live music, in addition to being a local landmark, due to its proximity to the station. Beyond those establishments, however, Chalk Farm is considered a relatively quiet neighbourhood, especially when compared to its two neighbours, Camden and Kentish Town, with a full range of basic amenities and the sense of spaciousness, Chalk Farm’s transport links, which includes its own London Underground station and several railway stations add to its appeal.
