Primrose Hill is a grade II listed public park within the London Borough of Camden that is located directly north of Regent’s Park. The hill referred to in the name of both the park and the surrounding area is the second highest point in the borough, offering excellent views of the central London skyline, and contributes a great deal to its appeal. Similar to St John’s Wood, its neighbour to the south-west, the neighbourhood around the park is considered one of the more desirable in the region, especially among those that more or less sit between inner and outer London. Residential properties in the area are more upmarket and are served by a wide variety of commercial establishments, including a large number of bars, pubs, and restaurants, a good selection of high street retail shops, and several charging stations for electric vehicles. The Chalk Farm and Camden Town rail stations also offer convenient access to the London Underground’s Northern line, while the Kentish Town and Camden Road stations a little farther out are served by Thameslink and overground trains, respectively.
