In this instance it is the overall responsibility of CR2’s councils or boroughs to carry out the waste clearances and treatment properly.
2. Business waste is classified as any type of waste generated from a waste clearance of a commercial activity. Which 197 active businesses in CR2 produces 20,108 tonnes of commercial waste and 4,167 tonnes of hazardous waste. It is the responsibility of the business that has produced it to perform proper waste clearance and waste treatment.
