We send 61.44% of waste to landfill which needs to change

£1,619,314.00 is spent annually by the local authorities and councils in RM15 on public waste removal and waste disposal, however considering where we are at regarding needing to improve our recycling rates could more money be allocated to public waste processing in RM15? The two different types of waste are household and business and both have two different angles of responsibility:
