In this instance it is the overall responsibility of RM19’s councils or boroughs to carry out the waste clearances and treatment properly.
2. Business waste is classified as any type of waste generated from a waste clearance of a commercial activity. Which 25 active businesses in RM19 produces 2,708 tonnes of commercial waste and 561 tonnes of hazardous waste. It is the responsibility of the business that has produced it to perform proper waste clearance and waste treatment.
